Yeah, it can be super frustrating! I'm glad to hear low-FODMAPs is somewhat working for you. Ten years of slow changes later, a whole foods plant-based diet (+ lots of hiking/nature time) has completely eliminated IBS for me. Keep on experimenting; wishing you health!
